The characteristics of conveyor line for steel shot filling-type shell mold casting (including braced chain type):
1. The shell mold is compacted tightly by filling normal temperature steel shots abound the shell mold in the molding flask. It is more suitable for shell mold casting of steel castings, with high density of casting material, low incidence of molding flask expansion, and reduction in sand mold wall thickness and material cost; segmented continuous casting may be implemented.
2.
